We were fortunate to work with several new companies in the Southwestern Pennsylvania area and continue to provide services to an ever-growing list of clients. This past year has seen 3-C-Sons shifting focus into providing more IT services and consulting to small companies that are looking to enhance, grow, or update there information technology, but cannot justify hiring a full time IT professional. Wired and wireless networking, server procurement and installation, satellite-based internet access are but a few areas in which we have been able to help our clients.
3-C-Sons continues to maintain a small business base, seldom exceeding 3 fully active clients/projects at any one time. This has enabled 3-C-Sons to quickly respond to a clients needs, (usually within 2 hours) while maintaining quality service, both of which are extremely vital to information technology. We have also begun to offer off-hour service calls to clients that cannot endure the down-time associated with hardware/software installations and work station trouble shooting. This means zero downtime for you and your employees, while still receiving the service that you require and deserve.
